These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33bed ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 33bed website at https://33bed.io, including all betting, casino gaming, slot machine, live dealer, and instant game services offered therein.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons (cool-off or self-exclusion), the balance at the time of the request will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
